FLEET HTTP DROP — send files without Drive sync

Problem: boxes can't "send shit" when fuse is slow, Bunny loop is down, or puppy is wiped.

Fix: penguin serves the whole Drive bus over HTTPS. Any box with curl/wget gets files instantly.

  1. Write file under MyDrive/ (drop_pile/from_daddy/ · fleet/bus/ · etc.)
  2. It is live on hitme within seconds (penguin reads fuse directly)
  3. Tell receiver: curl https://hitme.dev/f/<path>

Text bus still uses fleet/indie_loop/ · fleet/bus/ on Drive when fuse works.
HTTP drop is the bypass when it doesn't.
