She was reading her own orders aloud (do now / fleet/bus paths / tell captain).

Fixed on penguin ~/.stan:
  alexa_speech.py   — for_aloud() filter
  aws_speech.py     — phone/say.txt gets ALOUD only
  mesh_radio.py     — /api/reply + auto_say filtered
  hitme_who_server  — /voice returns filtered reply

Drive cards:
  fleet/ALEXA_FAST.txt     — user + dev speed tricks (web scrape)
  fleet/bus/AWS_SPEAK.txt        — full (silent meta OK)
  fleet/bus/AWS_SPEAK_ALOUD.txt  — what Echo should read
  phone/say.txt                  — same as ALOUD

Test line written: "Connection failed. Ports 8002 and 8765 are down"
